Product Installation
Our lighting fixtures come with plug-and-play connectors and all hardware is fixed to the ceiling, as well as a power cord connected to the electrical system. Please refer to our installation page for a demonstration.
No, each set of lighting fixtures is unassembled, and each set you purchase comes with an instruction manual with easy-to-follow installation steps.
Yes, our lighting fixtures are modular and can easily install in different shapes and sizes.
Ordering Products
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@siltoll.com if you need to change any details of your order. We may be able to accommodate your request.
You should have received an order confirmation email that includes the estimated shipping date for each item in your order. Additionally, if we receive more specific information about when your order will ship, we will send another email with the latest information on the shipping date. After your order ships, we will send another email with a tracking number.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We can also accept payment by check, but we will not process the order until the check clears. Please contact us at sales@siltoll.com if you wish to pay by check. We do not extend any credit terms for purchase orders. All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Yes, our standard kits come with a 5-year warranty.
Our goal is to deliver our products the next day whenever possible. Custom designs take longer, but we will keep you updated throughout the design process.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund your order, minus a $100.00 handling fee. After 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund, so please make sure you understand the system’s dimensions and current electrical certifications before placing an order.
