We offer a 5-year warranty on all faulty items and lifetime aftercare support. We require photos of these parts and will ask a few troubleshooting questions throughout this process. The warranty is voided if the item is not installed as per our instructions. If you are not sure when installing our lighting systems you must call and email us immediately, if you proceed with installation and an item or the system becomes faulty without contacting us then you will be reliable for covering the cost of replacing the faulty parts.
If you change your mind within 24 hours after purchase we will refund your order, minus a $100.00USD administration fee. After 24 hours we can not refund the sale, please ensure you are aware of the size of the system and the current electrical certifications before making your order.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change-of-mind e.g. if the item no longer suits your needs, or design, found a cheaper price, or your timeframe changes.
In some circumstances, we will accept exchanges for another item. However, if it has already been shipped to you, you will be liable for the cost of shipping the lighting system back to our head office and the costs of shipping the new item. The lighting system must be in new condition and in the original box and packaging.

Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing. We will request that you contact the courier and lodge a claim as this damage is out of our control and not with Siltoll Ltd. You can then email us photos of the damage with the claim number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
